The service no longer suits the needs of Riven users. This will be removed in the next update.

Thanks for the tip. For those not in the Discord:

TorBox has reached out to us to discontinue offering their service as an option within our application, and we've agreed. This service does not have the ability to keep up with the demand that OUR users require in a modern application. Therefore, Riven will no longer support TorBox starting with the next version.

We have seen success with AllDebrid which we believe could be due to the lack of API requests being sent from your IP. Since Riven and Zurg are both handling requests, we believe it could be causing trouble with Real-Debrid requests. Switching over to AllDebrid, we haven't seen as many ratelimits when requesting content in Riven. We will continue to support both options of course, but just giving everyone the heads up, check out AllDebrid and let us know how things go!
