+-Added QSHIFSSCAN command. This command can be used to scan an IFS file for specific values. The main intent is to be able to scan a STDOUT or STDERROR log file as needed for information to see if a value or value(s) exist. Currently multiple values can be entered to search for, but the command ends successfully if any of the exact matching values are found in the selected IFS file.
