It would be nice if I can choose reinstall ruby from UI. It useful especially when user uses -head version of ruby (e.g. rbx-head) what is just upgraded via reinstall.

This feature should already be part of JewelryBox. If a ruby is already installed, it will reinstall it. A striped yellow bar will appear at the top of the installation options area to indicate the ruby will be reinstalled.

Are you looking for something in addition to this?

Ahh, I see. But it is badly sized. And I think one "Reinstall" button can be helpful in "Manage rubies" section too (what can directly navigate here or can display this yellow bar).

For bad sizing: OS X 10.8.2 and I downloaded latest app from its homepage.

More info on the hold up for placing a reinstall button in the manage rubies view...

Simply running rvm reinstall x would reinstall the ruby, yes, but the ruby may have been compiled with other options. The only way to specify the options would be to go back to the Add Rubies view, pick the options, and have it reinstall through there. I've filed an RVM issue to have mpapis determine the viability of such a feature. rvm/rvm#1619
