Home page - implement design for static list of events

Description
The scope of this is to add a static list of events to the home page. The value of doing this is that it allows for the design of the event chips in isolation from other concerns like how they will be presented filtered and where the data is coming from.

In this static list one of each type should be shown.

Out of scope

• Dynamically sourced events
• The top app bar - no filtering, including the Today/Upcoming tabs
• The bottom app bar - no links to other parts of the app
• No special scrolling behaviour

Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN A user navigates to the home page
THEN They see one of each type of event card in a static list

Non-functional requirements
The design should match those provided in Badger Me App
