Use an Ultraviolet proxy with Clockwork apps

As of 2.0.0.0-beta9, Clockwork now supports sending apps through Ultraviolet-based web proxies!

1. Go to Settings > Proxy Settings
2. In the dropdown labeled "Proxy", select "Use an Ultraviolet proxy"
3. If desired, add the /uv/ or /ultraviolet/ URL for a custom web proxy server.

NOTE: If you get a 404 error, you might need to close and reopen the app.
