Add typemap processing in config file

Typemap processing allows files to be identified as binary and avoid possible corruption together with CRLF processing.
E.g. add the following to config.yaml file:

typemaps:
- binary //....ini
- binary //....uasset
- binary //....umap
- binary //....pdb
