First pass at updating the common EEPROM config and bootloader related configuration parameters. * Add documentation for os_check, PSU_MAX_CURRENT * Rename some titles to be less hardware specific i.e. not just Pi4 * Drop references to beta bootloader releases - these were dropped from APT
