vSphere Charts - Add the ability to query vSphere using cloud creds and return vSphere versions #154

Possible Solutions:

add bash script to the rancher/vsphere-charts CSI chart that hits the vsphere API and gets the version of vsphere back. If version < 7.0, block CSI install on 6.7
