Describe the bug

Very very minor, but if we don't want RAMP v4.8.0-beta appearing in the console and the :octocat: menu, someone can just edit the ramp.js library in CESI in notepadd++, search for that string, and change it to something like RAMP v4.7.0-CESI. The hash link will let anyone find the exact commit the build came from

I'll also tack on, CESI probably wants the RAMP version after ramp4-pcar4/ramp4-pcar4#2274 gets merged. So maybe wait for that, update, then apply this fix.
