Describe the bug
The opacity slider in the settings fixture isn't showing up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (TIP: Provide a direct URL using the "Share" button above the map):

  1. Go to https://indicators-map.dev.ec.gc.ca/App/CESI_ICDE
  2. Click on ... next to Greenhouse Gas Emissions in the legend and open the Settings fixture.
  3. Notice that the opacity bar is invisible.

Expected behavior
There should be a bar.
