Describe the bug
More Information missing on Identified Layers panel when timeline selected

To Reproduce

  1. Open CESI
  2. Load Water Quality data set
  3. Click Historic button
  4. Click a Data Point. Scroll to bottom of panel

Expected behavior
I expect the panels to contain the same info in the same order.

Actual
Panel headers are in a different order
Latitude and Longitude are rounded in Current, not Historical
Substances Tested are different
