Timeline with Conserved Area

Describe the bug
Conserved Area does not update with changing the timeline.

To Reproduce

1. Open CESI
2. Load 'Conserved Area' data set
3. Click Historical. Select 2012

Expected behavior
I expect all conserved areas that were protected AFTER 2012 to not show in the map or data table

Actual
Conserved areas continues to show 2023's data.

Conserved Areas is the one main indicator that does NOT support historical data viewing. So it's always the latest version of the data... perhaps we should ask clients about whether we can describe this better in the app.
