Describe the bug
Data table for Conserved Area doesn't load

To Reproduce

  1. Open CESI
  2. Load 'Conserved Areas' data set
  3. At bottom of page click 'View Data'

Expected behavior
I expect the data table to load with data, like in prod.

Actual Behavior
The data never loads.

In Dev or section917? It's loading fine for me in Dev

For me it is Dev: https://indicators-map.dev.ec.gc.ca/App/CESI_ICDE?GOCTemplateCulture=en-CA

Am able to reproduce the issue 50% of the time on dev, may be a race condition issue
