收集一些导致风扇高负荷运转的进程

WeChatAppEx.exe：这个进程是腾讯的小程序框架。由于小而美的司马特性，启动以后我的CPU直接飙到85。右键点击进程，查看属性，找到地址，直接RadiumWMPF设置权限为禁止访问。

Vivaldi某个插件：可能导致浏览器永久性的损伤，解决方案：新建一个User（配置文件），删除原User

WPS服务程序wpscloudsvr：间歇性抽风，解决方案。关闭 or 效能模式
