Disable ctx_profile to fix clangrt-builtins

Since `Build SanitizerCommon if ctx_profile enabled`
(dmpolukhin/llvm-project@95aa449)
landed in llvm-project, the `install` target fails while building
sanitizer-common.

We will disable ctx_profile for now to avoid this error.
