#Currently works for asymetric poses. Symetric poses coming soon. #tasks is a file containig a list of tasks, which calls the bash scrip in sh/. The user will need to edit paths in #the script in sh/ to point to the appropriate location for input pdbs and bindaries for Rosetta.
