  • Deleted Gitea's PR Template so the Qoherent default one takes effect
  • Updated CONTRIBUTING.md to add contributor instructions about the project and about the expected workflow when editing. Added:
    • Guidelines for backend/frontend development
    • Guidelines for package design
    • Testing and tools available
    • Writing and opening PRs
  • Updated README.md and added instructions for getting set up with a local instance
