I had run your code, but it always appeared errors with h5py. And I had also try a lot of methods from internet to install h5py again and again. Can you upload your h5py file please?

My errors:
/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/h5py/init.py:36: FutureWarning: Conversion of the second argument of issubdtype from float to np.floating is deprecated. In future, it will be treated as np.float64 == np.dtype(float).type.

My h5py's verson is 2.7.0,Please see more details in README and requirements.txt.
