Concat function tolerant of null values #34133

I can't confirm on 3.10 |
Using 3.10 on w10 x64. Issue arises for multi-field labels, where one attribute is null meaning no other attributes are labelled for a particular feature. eg for a label Same thing here https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/122199/displaying-multiple-fields-as-labels-if-one-field-is-null-in-qgis Bit messy imho. |

When labeling with multiple fields, concat won't label if any field is null. Current workaround is to combine with coalesce function, but seems needless complcated.
