Several nginx metrics are not working

Good afternoon Please tell me how an example of several metrics in one SLO should work. I tried it using nginx.yaml as an example

if both metrics are in the same configuration file, only the top one is visible, the second one does not work and does not create another slo. If you divide them into different configuration files, then both SLOs work.

The goal is to get an SLO for two metrics at once.
