Custom Unpack Directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My seed box is in a remote location, separate from Medusa and my TV show directory, and is accessible via a VPN link. Medusa (Docker container) is configured to look at the mount points for the seed box via autofs. Connectivity is relatively good overall.

However, when an item is downloaded, and needs to be uncompressed, it ends up going across the VPN link multiple times during decompression before it is completed (this is what the traffic appears to be doing, anyway).

1. Medusa fetches archive. Goes across VPN.
2. Medusa decompresses archive.
3. Medusa pushed decompressed data back to seed box. Goes across VPN.
4. Medusa repeats steps 1-3 a lot.
5. Medusa takes completed file and places it into TV directory. Goes across VPN.

Describe the solution you'd like
A separate directory to be able to decompress temporary items into. This would alleviate traffic going across the VPN link unnecessarily, if I could specify a local directory to extract to.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could run Medusa at the remote location, and only have storage on-prem, but when I attempted this before, the VPN connection going down caused my indexes to get messed up.
