Would be nice to have multiple extruder tabs act like a tabset

You can add multiple tabs by moving subsequent tabs lower, but this also moves the content area lower (so you need to manually move that up. Also they are not tied together so you need to collapse one extruder to get to another. It would be a nice feature to have the extruder act like a tab set with multiple tabs.
