Added a DNS Troubleshooting section, as I do see that problem mentioned often enough in the Discord that I think people will use this. Original pull request was #530 , but as pointed out troubleshooting was a better place to put it.
I'm not familiar with the [[toc]] part of the page, but as I don't see a table of contents to add this section into I assume that auto-generates the table of contents?
