Get midi files from vgmusic (also contains semi-up-to-date archive of the midis, ripped with this tool)

bs4 (pip install bs4)
python3 scrapevgm.py archive #Gets archive files
python3 scrapevgm.py newly-submitted #Gets newly submitted files
python3 scrapevgm.py all #Does both of the above
