Additional Information

We believe that since a Proxy request is made up of two components Host (or IP) : Port, that having a facility to convey that a port was blocked vs an IP or Host is desirable to have. A user might have access to a resource on port 443 but not on port 8443 (the management port).
We have plans to implement this code in our proxies, and would prefer it be standardized so 3rd parties can interoperate with us.
