更新手机号更改实名信息的相关情况。已验证跨省异地台席可以在北京处理归属地为温州的手机号码的过户业务（仅凭新身份证、户口本和变更证明，自己过户给自己），但按照信息变更业务的办理流程会导致身份证信息回传失败，原因未知，客服表示跨省异地台席不支持信息变更，该问题无法解决。不同地区对信息变更的处理方式有差异（过户或信息变更），若通过视频台席处理业务时两地意见不一，可以建议尝试两种方法。
