そもそもCの説明はいるのか？←新しい言語実装する上ではほしいが，普通に使う上では無視できる．

正直自動生成したい．
droxygenとかでできても，vitepressのmarkdownにできるかは別……

ただ二重定義は避けたいので，コードに書いたコメントとかから生成したい気持ちはものすごくある．
