Replace an Endpoint in a Aggregator Node

We should allow to replace an endpoint in an aggregator node.

• The method should take a new endpoint instance as parameter
• It should validate the following things:
  • The id of the endpoint matches an existing one
  • Compared to the existing endpoint the endpoint number matches or is absent in the new endpoint instance which then gets initialized with this number
  • Compared to the existing endpoints the new endpoint has at minimum the same clusters included. The new endpoint can take additional clusters compared to the old one but not less clusters!
  • Featuresets of the cluster do not need to match
  • Throw error on issues with these validations
• Then technically the former endpoint gets "closed" and the new one added.
• Partlist changes should be evaluated once after close+add were performed

And ideally this also works for endpoints with sub-parts where in the end the same is relevant: adding new endpoints in structure is allowed, removing not (only in this case relevant for composed devices)
