adding scalars?

in the previous nexus I could do the following to create a json field type:

import { asNexusMethod } from 'nexus'
import { GraphQLJSON } from 'graphql-type-json'

export const GQLJson = asNexusMethod(GraphQLJSON, 'json')

is there something similar here?
