Nexus Build fails to get "used plugins" on Heroku - can't reproduce locally

I can't reproduce this locally, nor can I find any issues related to "failed to get used plugins".

Did you ever resolve this? I just tried deploying on cloud build and ran in to the same error on the build step

I'm also running into this issue while building on CI. Any idea where this is coming from?

I had the same issue a while ago and it was resolved by removing the direct dependency on @prisma/client and @prisma/cli

I ended up resolving this a few weeks back and forgot to report an update. I can't remember with 100% certainty but iirc, this issue occurred in my CI build because I was using an old/outdated version of npm in my build step!
