Follow-up to #486. Leaves out the changes that deleted explanatory comments or reformatted bug/glitch comments. Also makes a few changes, e.g. preferring
ASSERTto comments when it makes sense, and copying theInGameTrade_CheckForTradeEvoroutine name from pokeyellow.
