What happened to AWS::CodeStar::* resources? #24

It looks like the AWS::CodeStar resources disappeared from the Model Files.

They also don't seem to appear in the CloudFormation User Guide either. But they do seem to appear in the wild: https://github.com/awslabs/aws-cloudformation-templates/blob/master/community/codestar/python-webservice-lambda/template.yml#L425

It looks like it's an undocumented template transform (https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=255716), although the first link doesn't declare it as a transform, other samples do:
