Create default NadProfile

Describe the current behavior

We cannot stack the user style profile to default style.

Describe the expected behavior

We can stack the user style profile to default style by creating a default NadProfile with a function like create_branch_labels_dataframe_from_default_profile or something like this

Describe the motivation

That would make sense for a user to only update some of the element of the network and rely on default profile for the other one. This will allow the user to start and update a user profile from default one.
