This makes the applet name centered if it doesn't have a description, same as on the main applet page.
I don't have multiple displays, so I didn't test the Display page changes, but they should match designs (provided the designs I'm looking at are up-to-date).
Edit: Or should the padding for display arrangement be removed (I can't test so I'm not sure what that looks like), since it doesn't seem to be the same in all places in the designs?
