FR: please support an integration to find subtitle on the internet

vlc and some streaming website have that. I believe their are using https://www.opensubtitles.org/ but i'm not sure.
Also, for this feature to be useful, it need to be easy to select a language, and apply an optional delay on the subtitle (ideally, while still viewing the video to make sure the subtitles make sense.
