Issue/Bug description: Extracting the file fish-static-amd64.tar.xz created a folder fish-static-amd64 (Copy 1).tar.xz to place the files into

Steps to reproduce: The file is from here

Expected behavior: The archive should be extracted into a folder fish-static-amd64
