bug- No Pictures or Videos folder in file browser

Issue/Bug description:
There is no way to open picture or video files through the file browser if they are saved in the 'pictures' or 'videos' folder (like screenshots always go to pictures folder) The folders pinned to the menu include don't include these items

Steps to reproduce:
Open COSMIC files
Look on left menu at pinned items
Discover that both folders are missing

Expected behavior:

Pictures and Videos folders should already be created and pinned so they can be easy access to users.
