Properties in floating window to compare multiples files/folders

The properties view is only available as a integrated popping right panel, and it's not practical at all.

We need a floating window, because this is often used to compare multiple files and multiple folders and we can't have it disappear as soon as you switch selection. You also cannot open new cosmic-files windows just to get to see another file property in parallel...

That's why every other desktop environment and file browsers chose the floating window and stuck with it, because it works well.
