GTA V version 2944, update from June 2023 for the San Andreas Mercenaries DLC, requires this modified gameconfig.xml, and both the Heap Limit Adjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster for add-on DLCs to work. Mods with add-on weapons will also require an updated version of the Weapon Limits Adjuster.
