1.1: fix tab in one test file

This version includes a small fix to MTNT/test/test.fr-en.tsv where a tab was missing, addressing #3 .

This release contains the 1.0 of MTNT as well as the data used in the paper to pretrain the models.

Each clean-data-en-{fr,ja}.tar.gz contains one train and dev file for each language as well as the test sets mentioned in the paper. The data is not preprocessed.
