I'm unsure as to what this does. I've pulled in this PR and ran the assets, but not seeing any changes? |

Apologies for the title, it should have said scrollable boards. Currently when you go to a specific project its boards are not separately scrollable. What this PR does is that it add separate scroll bar to each board in a project just like GitHub. Also, the horizontal scrollbar is now always visible, allowing users to view other boards without scrolling to the end of the page. |
