Thunderbolt 3 dock - after sleep HDMI monitor does not reconnect

First of all thank you so much for this EFI and guide - it is working with my Thunderbolt 3 Lenovo dock model 40ay0090us (running Ventura 13.7.1 on a T480)! I've tested HDMI, audio and Ethernet through the dock it works perfect! However, after sleep I lose my HDMI connection (dock ethernet works fine though, dock audio rca out also broken), I have to either unplug my HDMI from the dock and plug it back in, or unplug the dock and plug it back in. Just wondering if you have a fix for this?

Before I had the dock I had a similar issue with straight HDMi connection, I was able to fix HDMI reconnect after sleep with this patch, is there something similar for Thunderbolt?
