Add punctuation, reduce repeated words in phrase

Hi!

Found this project via HackerNews, very interesting! I went to school with a deaf boy, and an app like that (or even smartphones) would have helped him a lot. He definitely had a very hard time, compared to other students.

I've added punctuation marks to make it easier to read the text (very well written BTW!), and also replaced a “thanks” by “with” to reduce the number of times this word appeared on that paragraph.

Hadn't seen that typo! With f and d so close in the qwerty keyboards that must be an inconveniently common type. Fixed, thanks!
