In the consistency review panel, a character was flagged due to 'qualities used descend from multiple character qualities', but annotations are correctly descended from single quality category. Here's the example:
Castro and Vari 2004, character 72, three states:
0- (not annotated)
1 - annotated with Q: increased size
2 - annotated with Q: decreased size
State 0 is also flagged for 'state not annotated', so I wonder if this causes the other states to be flagged? If so, can this be fixed?
