Feature parity with the existing installer.
Eliminate the need for install-time patching of configuration files (done in 58f5e6d).
Ensure config files in *.{pa,conf}.d are preserved between updates/reinstalls.
Remove pasvcfw?

This seems to have most things which would be needed: https://github.com/prometheus-community/windows_exporter/blob/master/installer/windows_exporter.wxs. The only additional functionality which I'd need is configuration file handling (probably just preserve it after uninstallation) and component selection (for choosing the firewall rule options).
