Lot's of html and css changes. Added a logo, not sure what to link it to. Also, not sure about showing the logo all the time.

Grumble wins because of some tooth pain that is keeping me up. I also watched Die Hard, so we all win.(Mostly visual updates, some poorly optimized javascript to highlight the input on focus)
