K8SPSMDB-1109: Fix demand-backup-fs in Azure

CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Problem:
Same as #1773, NFS mounts using FQDN of the service doesn't work in azure.

Solution:
Set default storage class and do not use FQDN for platforms different than GKE.
