How to use:
import create_pyecloud_input

- call get_b_multip to obtain the B_multip and B_skew input parameters for PyECLOUD.
	B per eV or B skew per eV have to be specified as keyword arguments B_eV, B_skew_eV
	Alternatively, k or k_skew can be specified as keyword arguments.

- call get_k_pe_st_and_r to obtain the k_pe_st and refl_frac input parameters for PyECLOUD
	R_i has to be specified for the reflectivity on impact
	Y_i is the electron yield per absorbed photon on impact
	Y_r is the electron yield per absorbed photon after initial reflection
