Made additions to the code to allow for the choice of different inverters under H3 models. User can now specify method() option to choose a different matrix inverter which can speed up the simulation process considerably. The revision is backwards compatible.

Adjusted povmap ado file to only save and reload survey data in case of bootstraps under ELL. The adjustment should lead to improved performance in terms of time savings.

Version adjusts automatic installation of mata functions. Code now searches for lsae_povmap.mlib file, and if this is not found, it will search for lsae_povmap.mata file and run it to create the lsae_povmap.mlib file.
