Storage Adapter - IBM Cloud

I would like to integrate my Payload CMS project with IBM Cloud S3 to upload files on this service. I'm trying to use the current S3 Adapter, but I didn't have good results.

This is my code (credentials are fake)

I have problems with authentication, and I'm not sure if it is possible to use it with IBM.
